Turkey is the largest producer of dried apricots and major product is coming from Malatya region. This moist and chewy apricots are one of the most popular and well known dried fruits in the world.
Natural Dried Apricots dry under the sun and have dark brown color. These dried apricots are more tasty and sweeter comparing to sulphured apricots but they are less durable because chemicals (mainly sulphur) are not used during production.

Diced Natural Dried Apricot
Whole Natural Dried Apricot are diced by machine into the sizes. Rice flour (% 3-5) is added in order to the pieces not to stick each other. There are 2 mm to 10 mm sizes.
